Any. We have guys and gals who are in incredible shape - and others who aren't. Everyone has a great experience, and gets a killer workout, too.

Q: "Can I still take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes if I have a medical condition / past serious injury?"

Most people with medical conditions and past injuries can take BJJ without a hitch. However, we recommend speaking to your doctor first. He / she will know what's best. We're also glad to work around your condition / injury in accordance with your doctor's advice. Just let us know what your doctor says!

Q: "BJJ seems intense. Do people get injured a lot?"

BJJ is intense! That's why we love it. But injuries are VERY rare. We've gone the extra mile to create a program that will actually help you prevent injuries rather than bring them on.

Q: "Can women take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?"

Absolutely. And even though it's a close-contact sport, there's never any awkwardness or uncomfortableness between genders. Everyone is just focused on having a great training experience. And because you'll be paired up with people of your skill level and size, gender doesn't even make a difference.
