Keishidojo's Summer Camp 2010

Last year's summer camp was a huge success, and were are aiming even higher this year.

This years Summer Karate Camp theme is "Aim High!"
It is important in this day to give our children activities to do.
Especially no with all the sedimentary activities kids have to chose from.  TV with hundreds of channels, X-box, Playstation, DVD's, iPods, iPads, & the Internet. 

Today's youth are at an all time high for being out of shape and overweight.

Well our Summer program will help turn that around with getting them off the couch and into fitness activities which are fun and help develop life lessons.

A healthy lunch and two snacks a day will be offered along with nutrition lessons. 

Camp dates are June 14th-19th, from 8am-4:30pm.
