Brazilian Jui-Jitsu
Jui-Jitsu is the heart
of grappling. 90% of all fights will end up on the ground. Even if you are
faced with multiple attackers and the last thing you want to do is go to the
ground, eventually, you will end up there.
Keishidojo has two types of ground fighting applications: sport and
practical street defense. Over the course of the classes, a student will learn both approaches and
learn how to develop base, balance, timing, speed, endurance, coordination, and most importantly - patience.
In our Brazilian Jui-Jitsu system of submission grappling, students will learn
in the following areas:
Joint Locks (submissions)
Defensive Positions and Escapes
Position Control
Striking advantages
Clinch control
Takedowns
